Warranty Policy for Diesel Tuner Solutions:

At Diesel Tuner Solutions, we prioritize resolving warranty cases in a timely manner. Our policy is “fix or return”, which means that if we are unable to immediately fix the problem, we will provide a full refund.

Warranty Cases Covered:

1. Configuration Errors: If there are any configuration errors during the programming process that result in issues with the ECM, we will promptly resolve them to ensure optimal performance.

2. ECM Memory-Related Fault Codes: If any fault codes related to ECM memory appear after flashing, we will address them and ensure that the ECM is functioning properly.

3. Aftertreatment System Fault Codes: We cover fault codes related to the aftertreatment system (excluding instrument cluster reagent level code and AHI codes), and will work to resolve them for optimal performance.

Non-Warranty Cases:

1. ECU Replacement: If there are any discrepancies in ECU serial numbers detected during reprogramming compared to what is stored in our database, it will not be covered under warranty.

2. Software Update Campaign: Any issues arising from a software update campaign performed after our programming will not be covered under warranty.

3. ACM Connection after Programming: If there are any issues related to the ACM connection after programming, it will not be covered under warranty.

4. Cracking/Readout Attempts: Any attempts to crack or read out the ECM that result in a different fingerprint being stored in the ECU will not be covered under warranty.
